Main equipment and functions

 

Opening machine: Open the glass fiber raw material to make it loose fiber state, which is convenient for subsequent combing processing.

Equipment composition and production process

Production process

 

Composite production process: A common production method is to compound the glass fiber mesh cloth and the non-woven fabric through continuous processes such as dipping, drying, brushing, and bonding.

Reinforcement production process: For example, a glass fiber reinforcement layer is added between two layers of polyester filament cotton nets. The glass fiber reinforcement layer is formed by the transverse glass fiber filaments and the longitudinal glass fiber filaments interwoven vertically, and then the polyester filament cotton net and the glass fiber reinforcement layer are combined together through adsorption, netting, needle punching, shaping and other steps.
