Main equipment composition

 

Asphalt storage and supply system: including asphalt storage tanks, heating devices, delivery pumps, etc. It is used to store and heat asphalt to keep it in a suitable flow state so that it can be evenly coated on the tire base cloth later.

Tire base cloth delivery device: responsible for smoothly conveying the tire base cloth (such as polyester tire, glass fiber tire, etc.) to each station of the production line at the set speed and tension to ensure the stable supply of the base material of the coil.

Coating system: composed of asphalt extruder, oiling head or scraper, etc. The heated asphalt is evenly coated on the tire base cloth, and the coating thickness and uniformity are controlled to ensure the waterproof performance of the coil.

Spreading device: used to spread isolation materials such as talcum powder, fine sand, etc. on the tire base cloth coated with asphalt to prevent the coil from sticking during storage and use, and at the same time increase the anti-slip performance and wear resistance of the coil.

Production process

 

Preparation of tire base cloth: Place the rolled tire base cloth on the unwinding device, adjust the tension and position so that it can smoothly enter the production line.

Asphalt heating and coating: The asphalt is heated to a flowing state in the storage tank and transported to the coating system through the delivery pump. The extruder extrude the asphalt evenly, and the oiling head or scraper evenly coats the asphalt on the tire base cloth to form an asphalt layer of a certain thickness.

Spreading isolation material: On the tire base cloth coated with asphalt, the spreading device evenly sprinkles isolation material, such as talcum powder or fine sand, to prevent the coil from sticking.

Cooling and shaping: The coil coated with asphalt and sprinkled with isolation material enters the cooling system, and the asphalt is quickly cooled and solidified by water cooling or air cooling, and the coil is shaped.

Traction and reeling: The coiled material after cooling and shaping is towed by the traction device and transmitted to the reeling device at a stable speed. The reeling device reels the coiled material neatly into a roll to complete the production process.
