Production process

 

Raw material preparation: Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) resin, antioxidant, anti-aging agent, softener and other raw materials are accurately measured and mixed in a certain proportion.

Extrusion molding: The mixed raw materials are heated and plasticized by an extruder, and extruded to form a continuous TPO sheet.

Reinforcement treatment: Add a reinforcement layer such as polyurethane mesh cloth in the middle of the extruded TPO sheet, and make it closely combined with the TPO sheet through a specific composite process to improve the strength and durability of the coil.

Surface treatment: Fabric fibers, aluminum film and other materials are attached to the surface of the TPO coil to increase the wear resistance, weather resistance and aesthetics of the coil.

Cooling and shaping: The coil after composite and surface treatment is cooled and shaped by a cooling device to achieve the best physical properties.

Trimming and winding: The coil after cooling and shaping is trimmed to remove irregular edges, and then the coil is rolled into a roll by a winding device for storage and transportation.

 


Equipment composition

 

Extruder: It is the core equipment of the production line, responsible for heating and plasticizing the raw materials and extruding them into shape. Common extruders include single-screw extruders and twin-screw extruders. Choose the appropriate extruder model according to production needs and process requirements.
