Production process

Raw material preparation: Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) resin, antioxidant, anti-aging agent, softener and other raw materials are accurately measured and mixed in a certain proportion.

Extrusion molding: The mixed raw materials are heated and plasticized by an extruder, and extruded to form a continuous TPO sheet.

Reinforcement treatment: Add a reinforcement layer such as polyurethane mesh cloth in the middle of the extruded TPO sheet, and make it closely combined with the TPO sheet through a specific composite process to improve the strength and durability of the coil.

Surface treatment: Fabric fibers, aluminum film and other materials are attached to the surface of the TPO coil to increase the wear resistance, weather resistance and aesthetics of the coil.

Cooling and shaping: The coil after composite and surface treatment is cooled and shaped by a cooling device to achieve the best physical properties.

Trimming and winding: The coil after cooling and shaping is trimmed to remove irregular edges, and then the coil is rolled into a roll by a winding device for storage and transportation.

Equipment composition

Extruder: It is the core equipment of the production line, responsible for heating and plasticizing the raw materials and extruding them into shape. Common extruders include single-screw extruders and twin-screw extruders. Choose the appropriate extruder model according to production needs and process requirements.

Composite equipment: It is used to compound the reinforcement layer with the TPO sheet, such as hot pressing compounding machine, adhesive compounding machine, etc. These equipment can ensure the bonding strength between the reinforcement layer and the TPO sheet and improve the overall performance of the coil.

Cooling device: It includes cooling water tanks, cooling rollers, etc., which are used to quickly cool and shape the coil after extrusion to ensure the dimensional accuracy and physical properties of the coil.

Trimming equipment: It is used to trim the coil, remove burrs and irregular parts on the edge, and make the edge of the coil neat and smooth.

Reeling equipment: Reel the coil after cooling and shaping. Common reeling equipment includes center reeling machine and surface reeling machine. Choose the appropriate reeling method according to the width and thickness of the coil.
