Production process

Raw material preparation: Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) resin, antioxidant, anti-aging agent, softener and other raw materials are accurately measured and mixed in a certain proportion.

Extrusion molding: The mixed raw materials are heated and plasticized by an extruder and extruded to form a continuous TPO sheet.

Reinforcement treatment: Add a reinforcement layer such as polyurethane mesh to the middle of the extruded TPO sheet, and make it closely combined with the TPO sheet through a specific composite process to improve the strength and durability of the membrane.
