Extruder

 

Function: Heat and melt the thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) raw material, and extrude it to form a continuous sheet or coil matrix.

Type: Common ones are single-screw extruders and twin-screw extruders. Twin-screw extruders are better in material mixing, plasticizing and conveying, and can produce TPO coils with more stable quality. Laminating equipment

 

Function: Lay the self-adhesive layer with the TPO coil matrix to form a self-adhesive TPO waterproof coil.

Unwinding device

Control system

 

Function: Control and monitor the operation of the entire production equipment, including temperature control, speed control, pressure control, tension control, etc., to ensure the stability of the production process and the consistency of product quality.

Composition: Usually composed of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), touch screen, sensor, frequency converter, etc. Operators can set production parameters through the touch screen, PLC controls the operation of each device according to the set parameters, sensors monitor the temperature, speed, pressure and other parameters in the production process in real time, and feed back the signal to PLC, and the frequency converter is used to adjust the speed of the motor to achieve precise control of the production speed.
