Product Definition

EVA waterproof membrane production line is a complete set of equipment that processes HDPE resin and additives into high-performance waterproof geomembrane through precise batching, extrusion, molding, cooling, online detection and winding processes. It can produce geomembrane with stable quality and excellent anti-seepage performance.

Core Process Routes

Flat Extrusion Casting Method (High Speed & Composite)

Process: Raw material mixing → Extrusion → Flat die → Three-roll calendering cooling → Traction → Surface treatment → Inspection → Winding

Features: Production speed is 1.5-2 times that of blow molding, uniform thickness, smooth surface; can directly compound with geotextile; suitable for thin film, high-speed and low-cost production

Blow Molding Method

Process: Raw material mixing → Extrusion → Annular die → Bubble cooling → Traction → Slitting → Inspection → Winding

Features: Uniform thickness, high tensile strength, stable product quality; suitable for high-standard engineering projects

1. Raw Material Processing System

Automatic batching/mixing machine: Accurately mix HDPE resin, carbon black (2-5%), antioxidant and stabilizer

Dehumidifying dryer: Ensure raw material moisture content < 0.02% to avoid bubbles

Vacuum feeder: Closed conveying to prevent pollution

2. Extrusion System (Core)

Single/double screw extruder: Single screw (130/33, 150/33) with output 400-600kg/h for conventional production; double screw with stronger mixing for high-filling and high-requirement formulas

Die head: Annular (blow molding) / flat (casting) to ensure uniform melt discharge

Temperature control system: Multi-stage PID + infrared heating, temperature control accuracy ±1℃

3. Molding & Cooling System

Blow molding: Bubble cooling air ring, herringbone plate, traction roller, slitting knife

Casting: Three-roll calendering unit (mirror/matte), cooling circulation system

4. Online Quality Control

Laser thickness gauge: Full-width real-time monitoring, thickness tolerance ±0.08mm

Spark pinhole detection: 30kV high voltage to detect micropores

Hydrostatic pressure/tensile/carbon black dispersion: Online/offline sampling inspection

5. Post-processing & Winding

Corona/surface treatment: Improve welding and composite adhesion

Automatic edge cutting, tension control, meter counting, automatic roll changing
